The Amazing Brentwood’s destination for children and families to play, laugh and learn.
Join us on Monday – Sunday from 11am to 1pm. Located on Level 1 of the Interior Centre. Please enjoy safely and do not leave children unattended.
The TAB LAB Private Bookings
Introducing TAB LAB private bookings, the perfect space for your next children’s party or family event!
Dates available now until December 2024.
- 4-Hour rental charge | $200.00
- + $100 refundable damage deposit
What’s Included:
- Accommodation for up to 50 guests
- Existing TAB LAB space including all games and supplies as is
- Bluetooth speaker for easy connection
- 2 x 6ft folding tables and 12 x folding chairs
- Refrigerator available
EVOLVE RUN CLUB
Join Evolve Run Club! Led by Dr. Katrina, participate in a judgment-free zone for runners of all levels.
What to Expect:
- All levels are welcomed and encouraged, feel free to walk it.
- It’s completely free to join.
- No pressure, just fun, and supportive vibes.
- Start together and hangout together at the end.
- Rain or shine.

ENERGIZE
ENERGIZE is back! Join fitness expert Vanessa Barrett for weekly complimentary full body work out classes, focusing on body weight strength and HIIT.
All fitness levels are welcomed. Class will be held rain or shine so please come dressed for the weather. No registration is required. All walk-in participants are welcomed. Participants should not attend class if they are feeling unwell.
To be prepared for class, bring:
- Supportive running shoes and workout attire
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
Join us every Saturday from 10am to 11am in the Transit Plaza (level P2), outside Sporting Life.
Children’s Play Area
The Children’s Play Area has now been re-opened!
Join us for open play time daily during all TAB hours. Located on Level 1 of the Interior Centre.
Please note, parent supervision is required in the Children’s Play Area.
