Discover the joy of family yoga with engaging exercises, poses, games, songs, all in a family-friendly format. Whether you’re seeking a fun family activity or interested in introducing yoga to your loved ones, our classes are designed just for you!

In this lively session, kids and their parents/guardians will get silly together through the different animal poses—all while learning the basics of movement and early self-regulation. It’s a fantastic opportunity for parent-child bonding, fostering a love for physical activity in a fun and interactive way.

This class is great for families with older kids or multiple little yogis. No matter what your family looks like, we’re thrilled to accommodate you in our inclusive and welcoming environment. Siblings are welcome! Whether your little one is a bundle of energy or a zen master in the making, this interactive and engaging class promises to entertain and delight. No prior yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome. Adult participation is required.

What to expect: Families are welcome to participate at their own pace. We encourage you to join us in trying the different poses!

What to bring: If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along; we’ll have a few extra ones just in case. Don’t forget to put on grippy socks for your little one for added comfort and safety during our yoga adventure!

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and set up your mat. Toys will be provided for your toddlers to enjoy, creating a playful start to the class and helping them get comfortable in the space.

This is a complimentary class provided by Mighty Minis Club, hosted in The TAB LAB. The TAB LAB is located on Level 1 of the Interior Centre.

To ensure everyone gets a chance to join in the fun, please register ahead of time and mark it in your calendar.
