Enjoy a spin class hosted by SPINCO, Canada’s largest spin studio. SPINCO will be opening it’s 24th studio this summer, in the Brentwood area. With their new location, more members will be invited to join a community of uplifting individuals that encourage every rider to find their purpose and rhythm in life.

SPINCO prides itself on the tight community and family its built of team members, instructors, and volunteers. SPINCO has supported tens of thousands of individuals commit to incorporating movement into their lifestyle; it is a full physical experience encompassing cardio, heavy beats, low lights, and uplifting messaging.

• Registration for class is mandatory. Register for your spot HERE. 
• No equipment required; shoes will be provided. All fitness levels are welcomed.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to check in with the SPINCO team.
• Participants should not attend class if they are feeling unwell.
