Founded by kinesiologist Ashley Wong of Pre-Therapy (located inside Evolve Strength), Elevate is a signature fitness event designed to revive minds, bodies and souls one workout at a time. Expect a fun and uplifting giant group HIIT workout all with the purpose of elevating your total health.

Registration is required: Please register HERE. 
Bring a water bottle.
All fitness levels are welcomed.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to check in with the Elevate team. 
Participants should not attend class if they are feeling unwell.
