Our Guest Experience team can be found at the Concierge desk located on the lower level of the Grand Lobby, accessible from Brentwood Plaza and off Brentwood Boulevard and East Mews. You will also spot our team touring the property – speak to any member to learn more about the wide array of services and amenities offered at The Amazing Brentwood. Our team is always available to assist with any inquiries during Centre hours.

The Amazing Brentwood gift cards* are available for purchase at the Concierge desk from $5.00 to $500.00. Gift cards are accepted at the majority of our retailers. Please ask at the Concierge desk about retail and service provider exclusions.

Throughout the year, excluding the Holiday season Guest Experience offers complimentary gift wrapping for any item that is bought from a retailer within The Amazing Brentwood. Any item that is bought outside of The Amazing Brentwood is subject to a charge. Prices start from $1.00 – $10.00. If an irregular item needs to be gift wrapped, then you may purchase a box from us for an additional cost (price depends on size).
